Explanatory note: these terms are included by reference into the license offered by Byte Craft Limited for the use of Code Development System ("CDS") software and documentation for FAE and technical-support-only use.

Supplementary license terms for Code Development Systems licensed for non-commercial use.

This Code Development System (software and accompanying manuals) ("CDS") is protected by copyright. All rights reserved. No part of this CDS may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of Byte Craft Limited ("BCL").

BCL licenses this CDS for technical support and non-commercial use. Technical support use consists of:

  • CDS product evaluation;
  • Compiling programs solely for examination or testing;
  • Compiling programs solely for comparison with the output of other commercially-licensed C6808 Code Development Systems.

BCL does not license this CDS for software production or commercial use. Software production consists of generating executable software intended to be stored in electronic devices in typical use. Commercial use is the development of products intended for sale in the marketplace or distribution to others.

This CDS does not include source code for supplied software libraries. All files shipped with this CDS and generated by this CDS are tagged for identification as non-commercial-only products. Such tagging does not interfere with correct execution of software products.

This CDS expires at a date reported by the software during startup or in the Help|About dialog. Renewal of expired CDS can be requested by contacting Byte Craft at sales@bytecraft.com.
